  • Use deep groove ball bearings with the correct shield or seal suffix, such as 2Z or 2RS, for standard motor and fan positions.
  • Use cylindrical roller bearings on the drive end of belt-driven or heavily loaded motors.
  • Confirm clearance class and any special execution, such as current-insulated bearings for inverter-driven motors.
  • Choose self-aligning ball bearings for fan shafts on long or flexible frames where alignment is hard to hold.

Three details that prevent the wrong bearing reaching site

  • DE / NDE

    Mark each bearing's position on the shaft. Mixed lists cause wrong quantities and wrong fitments.

  • Clearance

    Give the clearance suffix from the old bearing or the equipment spec, not just the bore size.

  • Housing + Sleeve

    Add housing and adapter sleeve references to the same enquiry so the assembly arrives complete.
