We collect only the information you choose to send us when you make a bearing enquiry. We do not ask for payment card details, ID numbers or passwords on this website.

Through the enquiry form

The form on this website has four fields only:

• Name — so we know who to address the quotation to.
• WhatsApp number — so we can confirm details and send the quotation quickly.
• Email address — for the written quotation and order correspondence.
• Your requirements — the bearing designations, quantities and delivery details you type in.

Through WhatsApp and email

When you contact us directly, you may send material that helps us identify the correct FAG bearing, such as:

• Full FAG designations including suffixes, clearance and seal type
• Photos of bearing markings, nameplates or worn parts
• Machine model, bearing position (DE / NDE), housing or adapter sleeve references
• Quantities, destination country and postcode, and required delivery date

02How We Use Information

We use your information for one purpose: to supply the correct FAG bearings and mounting components you asked about. Specifically, we use it to:

1. aIdentify the bearing — confirm the exact execution, suffix, clearance and whether the assembly (bearing, housing, sleeve) is complete.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing.

We share your information only when transport or customs clearance requires it, and only with the carriers, freight forwarders or customs brokers handling your shipment.

In that case we pass on what the shipment needs: typically the consignee name, contact number, email, delivery address and the goods description. We do not share your enquiry details with other customers or unrelated companies.

04Storage and Security

We keep enquiry information on systems with access limited to the people who handle quotations and orders, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

We keep your information only as long as needed to answer your enquiry, complete your order and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

For repeat buyers, keeping past order details lets us match the same FAG designation and execution on your next order. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
