A shortened stock code hides the seal type and clearance, and mixed DE/NDE lines cause quantity errors. Complete details let us confirm the exact FAG execution and the full assembly first.
Machine make and model — crusher, mill, conveyor drive, gearbox or crane.
The complete designation, e.g. 22220-E1-XL-K-C4, not the shortened stock code.
Drive end and non-drive end listed separately, with quantity per position.
Mounting component designations, so the assembly is quoted complete in one enquiry.
Needed to state shipping method and applicable shipping or tax terms.
Your shutdown or overhaul date, so availability is checked against it.
Any alternative reference is marked separately. Technical changes require buyer approval.
§ 03 · Worn nameplate
When the FAG marking is unreadable, a photo plus the equipment details is the quickest starting point. Matching on size alone does not prove a special execution fits, so we work through the identification with you.
§ 04 · Written enquiry
Use this form to send your bearing list. The written quote states designation, quantity, price and currency, stock status, estimated lead time, quote validity and applicable shipping or tax terms.

Check product labels, quantities and outer condition when the goods arrive. If anything differs from the order, contact us with the order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Yes. List adapter sleeves, housings and other mounting components as separate lines next to the bearings. This lets us check that the assembly is complete before the written quote is issued.
Bearings are supplied in original Schaeffler packaging with supporting documentation. Ask which product documents are available when you request your quote. Shipping documents are confirmed per order.
