Terms of Service for FAG Bearing Supply
These terms cover how FAG Bearing Supplier, an authorized FAG bearing supplier and not a manufacturer, quotes, confirms, ships and handles orders for genuine FAG bearings, housings, adapter sleeves and mounting components.

Supplier Role and Scope
FAG Bearing Supplier is an authorized FAG bearing supplier, not a bearing manufacturer. We supply genuine FAG bearings, a Schaeffler brand, in original Schaeffler packaging with supporting documentation, together with housings, adapter sleeves and associated mounting components.
- We supply one brand only: FAG. We do not offer other bearing brands under these terms.
- Our customers include bearing distributors, maintenance contractors, repair companies and industrial equipment users worldwide.
- Nothing on this site describes us as a manufacturer, official distributor, sole agent or Schaeffler partner, and these terms should not be read that way.
Written Quotations
Every FAG bearing order starts from a written quotation. Each quotation states the items below, and only the written quotation binds price, availability and lead time. Verbal or chat estimates are indicative only.

To speed up quoting, send the machine model, full FAG suffix, bearing position, housing or adapter sleeve designation, quantities, destination country and postcode, and required date.
Technical Changes and Alternative Designations
We never substitute a different execution without the buyer's written approval. Any alternative designation is marked separately on the quotation, and any technical change requires written approval from the buyer before the order proceeds.

An alternative is shown on its own line next to the requested designation, never merged into it.
Approved in writing
Changes to suffix, clearance, sealing or special execution need the buyer's written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Matching by dimensions alone does not prove an execution is suitable. Where a suffix is missing or a nameplate is worn, we will ask for more identification details before quoting.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after the buyer has reviewed and accepted the written quotation. Before confirming, the buyer checks these four points:
- ASpecification: full designation, execution and any approved alternative
- BQuantity: each line, including mounting components
- CDelivery details: consignee, address and required date
- DPayment method and the commercial terms of the quotation
Before you confirm
Send your bearing list and get a written quotation with every term stated.
Include the full FAG suffix, DE/NDE position and housing or sleeve designations. Bearings and mounting components can go in one enquiry.
Shipping and Transport Documents
The shipping method, dispatch timing and required transport documents are confirmed for each order. They are agreed with the buyer after order confirmation and follow the shipping or tax terms stated in the quotation.
- Tell us which documents your customs broker or end customer requires before dispatch.
- Dispatch timing is confirmed per order; estimated lead times in quotations are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Import duties and local taxes follow the terms agreed in the quotation.
Receiving Inspection and Discrepancies
On arrival, the buyer checks the product labels, quantities and outer condition of the goods. If anything differs from the order, contact us with the order number and photos so we can review and resolve it.

Product Documentation
The product documents supplied with an order are those confirmed at the quotation stage. Goods ship in original Schaeffler packaging with supporting documentation; any further document must be requested and confirmed in writing before the order.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including downtime, lost production or lost profit.
- Bearing selection, fitting, lubrication and operation remain the responsibility of the buyer or their engineers.
- Product performance follows the manufacturer's specifications; we do not give warranties beyond those stated in writing in the quotation.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by the law applicable at our place of business unless the written quotation states otherwise. Both parties will first try to settle any dispute in good faith by direct discussion.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when an order is confirmed applies to that order. Where a written quotation and these terms differ, the written quotation prevails for that order.

Which details are needed when a FAG suffix is missing?
Send the machine model, bearing position (DE or NDE), any readable marking and photos of the old bearing. We confirm the exact execution before quoting, and any alternative is marked separately for your written approval.
Can bearings and mounting components be included in one enquiry?
Yes. List housings, adapter sleeves and other mounting components as separate lines in the same enquiry. They are quoted together with the bearings so the assembly arrives complete.
What happens if the delivery does not match my order?
Contact us with the order number and photos of the labels, quantities or damage. We review the discrepancy against the confirmed order and agree the next step with you.
